FAQ's

Do I have to pay sales tax?
We only charge sales tax on orders shipped to New York.  Recipients of orders
shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  We do not
accept checks or money orders.

What size should I buy?
Our styles run true to size intended for a fashion fit.  If you prefer a looser fit, consider
ordering one size larger.

How should I care for my shirt?
We recommend Wash Warm, Do Not Bleach, Dry Low.  Due to the type of fabrics,
finishes and decorations used, it is best to turn the garment inside-out before washing,
drying or ironing.

Where and how do you ship your orders?
We ship within the United States and Canada.  All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every effort to process your order within 2-3 business days of receipt.  
Shipping time depends on your chosen method during checkout.

What if a style is out of stock?
We update our inventory daily to avoid this issue, but it may happen once in a while.  If it
does, you will be notified by e-mail and we will ship the portion of your order that is in
stock.  The items that are not in stock will be canceled from your order and you will not
be charged for those items.
